We can take your ideas into a solid model, see how it interfaces with other objects, analyze the manufacturing steps and materials and create a cost estimate for one part or many.
Multi Axis Milling and Turning
Multi-axis machines allow the production of multiple part designs while achieving higher production volumes in fewer setups.
Key benefits of multi-axis machines are: combined operations on one machine, decreased labor costs, improved surface finish, and the ability to produce intricate parts with (relative) ease.
Machining Center Production
The term “machining center” describes almost any CNC milling and drilling machine that includes an automatic toolchanger and a table that clamps the workpiece in place.
All of our milling and turning machines have this capability.
Spark and Wire Erosion
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is used for hard metals or those that would be very difficult to machine with traditional techniques.
EDM works with materials that are electrically conductive, and can cut intricate contours or cavities in pre-hardened steel without the need for heat treatment to soften and re-harden them. This method can be used with any electrical conducting material such as metal or metal alloys: tungsten carbide, titanium, hastelloy, kovar, and inconel.

Fabrication and assembly of small parts manufactured in our shop to your specifications.
Parts have to be machined into the shape you want in a way that works.
We can design or re-design your parts so that they will do the job and be machinable in the most economical way.
We can take an existing part and make it into a solid model, from which parts can be made. This is done on NX, the high end of CAD/CAM software.
The Doosan 650 II has a Renishaw Probe, which can measure the work while it is being machined, or before the part comes off the work holder.
We will inspect your parts, one or many, to be sure they meet your specifications.
We have approved vendors which can finish your products to industry and milspec standards.
